We have got rid of our machine and the company at last, the thing did not work anyway, and when you think the water was costing the company £50 a time I would have expected some kind of service but none at all. Please ensure when you send your machines back that you get the driver to sign a document to say he has removed the cooler otherwise you may end up getting charged for another cooler, as you will have no proof that it has been collected.
When ours was removed the guy didn't even make anybody in the office aware of what he was doing, he just came in with a trolley and removed the cooler straight on to his van.
I had to run outside and get him to print and sign for the removal.
This company needs to sort itself out or close or be closed and soon, you can buy 5 litres of spring water for £2 today no brainer for me.
