Life after Death was a big release if you consider the fact that Biggie was dead before it was released. Not to mention at the time it was released few hip hop artists successfully had released double disc LPS. Notorious B.I.G changes his approach to this album a lot which worked out great for him. ...

Beats, lyrics, creativity, voices and participations. Ready To Die has to be one of the best CD's ever.

Overall they're better hip/hop albums around in my opinion, but if you're a fan of this genre you really should have a copy. This album should be in your collection as Notorious remains and always will be a hip/hop legend.

The hype on Ready to Die was immense and I thought that the album wouldn't be as good as it was made out to be. And it wasn't. I think it is still one of the best albums and a very good debut with excellent lyrics, good beats and classics such as big poppa and juicy. But if the hype was less I've ...
