Not having had 'real' wine for over a month due to ill health, I thought I'd stick to that and try nonalcholic wines instead. This one has slight alcohol taste. Not brilliant, but not overly bad. I have had worse non-al wines! I tried it with sweet food and it tastes nicer than with salty foods. The saltiness of the food made it taste like red wine vinegar. Not sure if I really would continue drinking it in future though. At $8.00 a bottle it could try harder to please the palate. If you had a cold and blocked up nose, I think you could think this was pretty good. My advice, try it, but don't expect too much.
