  I purchased these Nike Mercurial Talaria to serve as practice boot and they have yet to really disappoint. I have avoided nike cleats in favor for adidas and or lotto so this was a bit of a reach for me. I prefer kangaroo leather to synthetic leather as have yet to find a synthetic leather booth that parallels the touch of kangaroo leather. ...

  the shoe is nice and stable with good cushion but it is very firm. the initial step not soft. great shoe for heavier runners. i run 25-30 miles per week and weights 163lbs. i find the Nike Air Max to be too firm. i also use a plastic orthotic under my factory insole. i think this shoe would be softer if i did not use my orthotics. the heel would most likely benefit from the air cushion ...
