    Item: Next Sofa
    I ordered a NEXT Verona corner couch in August, and I was told that it would be with me in 5 weeks time. This was delayed by 7 weeks (while I sat on the floor), with a dozen phone calls to NEXT asking where it was. I didn't receive any returned calls! It arrived and the arm was broken. It took a further 5 calls to get a couch medic out to inspect it and another 5 calls to try and get a new one delivered, then they wanted to collect the broken one without delivering the new one, and telling them ...

    Item: Next Sofa
    I've had two of these sets of Next Modern 2 & 3 seater sofa's in different colours for different houses. Second set arrived safely. Sofa however had a small mark on it when it arrived. I called next to complain and they sent someone over to assess/clean it within a few days. It was cleaned and they sent an apology letter with some vouchers. Excellent customer ...
