Absolute rubbish

Pay £20.98 a month just for broadband, can double that with phone line rental. I signed up for "Up to 5 Mb/s". (Their mid broadband package)several years ago, paying £16.49 month. I never ever got anywhere near that speed, the best I actually got was 3.5Mb/s. Could only get that if I unplugged my phone when the engineer came to check the lines. Since then the cost has increased annually and the speed has dropped in line with the annual increase. I now receive under 0.83Mb/s. I actually live in Hull running a computer with I5 processor and 6GB ram. The exchange is just 9 houses away. Phone up and they blame everything on equipment until I tell them what equipment I have now. I am fed up sitting at my computer looking at a blank screen waiting for the page to open. Got a recent leaflet informing me for a few pounds more I could receive a shed load of data. They can't supply me with what I should get now 20MB. In Karoo speak I think that might mean "BIN" load of data - peddle bin! Sorry Karoo. I'm beginning to think you are slowing everyone down on purpose so they jump at the three in one package you'll be offering. Light stream broadband, phone and NOW TV. You're so confident of this you've hitched all the properties up to cables, left dangling like washing lines, to the front of their properties, without notifying them, or getting their permission to do so. We live in a cable free area with designated trunking for cables along the eves to the rear of the properties. We suddenly had telegraph poles (thought they were May Poles for us to dance around). Such a surprise, I'd not seen one of those here for over 40 years. Do you really think people will fall for that one! Be open, be honest and perhaps people will trust you to provide the goods. At the moment I don't think you're capable of running a flag up a pole never mind an internet company!
