Karoo terrible

this has to be bar far the worst ISP in the country, continuously droping the connection and very poor speeds, we where told we would be getting about 13mbs and instead on a regular basis we are getting less than 1mbs, we live on a new housing estate with a fibre optic box fitted to the house but they say they cant connect us to fibre as it is not in our area yet
