    I think that new is rubbish I ordered goods worth 295 pounds they promised me that it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days it never came and they had the cheek to tell me that there is nothing they could. New look could never track my package and said i had to wait 21 days for a refund, I advise every ...

    Well new look is a lovely shop what sell funky clothes. But today i was very upset with the fact you have too be 16 too buy false eye lashes. i need false eye lashes cause i do allot of shows. I think it is very stupid of the fact you need too be 16 to buy some fake lashes. I hope you sort this out ...

    New Look is poor service coupled with poor stock. Same old clothes every year.
