Have contacted sale director, site team at no one is willing to assist me.
They have brought the purchase of the the property forward by more that 6 weeks and only gave me14 day notice to complete leaving me with two properties to pay for.
Never gave me the option to have any extras on the and are now saying it is too late, as they had never contacted me since the day the deposit was paid.
I think the sale team at hinckley park view Redrow site have probably the costumer service I have ever come across or is it just Redrow policy they are adhering too! Am yet to find out.

Agree. We moved in recently. Basically the Sales people at the Show Home told us lie after lie. We've got kids of 10 and 11 and wanted access to the park so chose a house near the entrance gate that would be in Rieth Close (National Grid side). We keep asking but no gate and it doesn't look like there will be. It's been on the site plan from day one and it's still on the plan now. What a bunch of bare faced liars these people are. NEVER buy a Redrow Home - and if they shake hands check you're still wearing your watch. Crooks. So disappointed. Broke my heart.
