I would not recommend to my worst enemy - ASHINGTON

The worst build quality I have ever seen both inside and out.
Persimmon seem to employ anyone who claims to be a builder.
Quality control is none existent and NHBC a waste of space as they are in the back pockets of the builders otherwise would not exist.
OK rant over about NHBC.
Persimmon build dreadful homes- over 200 snags? some major
Uneven Brickwork badly stained with mortar splashes, garden walls not straight, a garage with walls that rain penetrates? garden path not straight and subsiding.....roof guttering too short?
Poorly decorated
Internal walls not straight
Kitchen pulled out to be repositioned, 5 sets of worktops due to repeatedly being damaged.
So far 7 months of hell.
Customer service - not good at all, I suspect they have more problems than they can cope with, I'm now fed up with chasing them.
Most neighbours on the development appear dissatisfied, have countless problems and wish they had never bought.
