i bought my house off this company in june this year and i had 3 different site managers and all are useless .
they have all told lies and never keep appointments.
my house walk in and key hand over lasted 20mins and the 1 month check took place after 4 months after which they told me it was too late to report and have things fixed even tho it was them who never came back to do it till then!!

even the customer care phone centre can't seem to help with anything they also say its too late .

i love my house but the finish is terrible (well not now iv fixed it myself) i wouldn't recommend they to build anything
a shambles of a company !
