After watching 'Watchdog' tonight (May 2015) I decided to post.
Upon receiving the house keys I discovered many things not right with my new Persimmon home. After many months of contacting Persimmon they promised to put right the poor finish, missing items and defective fittings. This promise was offered face to face by a senior Persimmon representative, we even shook hands on it. We waited patiently for the workmen who never arrived. Eventually it cost me over a thousand pounds to put right the many defects. I later regret not taking Persimmon Homes to the small claims court. Tonight's Watchdog confirmed to me they have been getting away with broken promises and poor service for far too long!
