Helpful & Easy to use

Having limited diy experience and knowing relevant people in the trade, i found this website a god send as i can look for the right people for the job i want doing even though some jobs cannot be matched to the correct tradesman in the drop down box but even so, most requests will find some replies.

Most of the jobs i have put have been attended to and the job being done quickly and correctly but i would still be wary and not go for the first tradesman that offers work as some can overcharge for the jobs, try to get a few quotes and even though one handyman did do the job for me and i gave a postive review for him. I asked him to do something else to which he agreed then did not turn up when he said he would as i had to take a day off work and there is nothing on mybuilder to complain about these people after the first review. I think some people like this handyman only came to get one positive review on this site and then treated customers like rubbish.
