The house quality is good, the staff are nice and the gift packs are good as well. We had a couple of problems, but they were all fixed. Now this is the killer. THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS INCREDIBLY SLOW AND ANNOYING! THIS PROBLEM STILL HASN'T BEEN SOLVED YET! DEVELOPMENT IS HAVING TO PUT UP WITH IT AND IT IS NOT FAIR!
