We chose a David Wilson home over the other five builders on our development as our research suggested they were the better builder, well if that's the case I dread to think what the others are like. At the end of the day It doesn't matter who the builder is but how good are the contractors and sub contractors that they use and most contractors have a slam it in and move on to the next one attitude. That's definitely the opinion We get from our house which we moved into exactly 2 years ago now, it is one of the biggest and most expensive types on the development but that accounts for nothing when it comes to quality.
One of the main areas of poor quality is the internal painting which can only be described as

Agree with all you say. Our snag list tops 100 items and the DWH experience is definitely not 5 star.
