Problems started from the day we reserved. Took Bovis weeks to issue a contract to our solicitor causing a long delay in getting to exchange. After sales service is dire and everyone on the site suffering major build quality issues. Experience of Bovis has been horrendous and we would never buy from them again!Finally got all major issues sorted but has taken nearly 1 year!!
