I have been informed that I need to log errors on a “snag-list”. But, hang on; this is a BRAND NEW house.
You are likely to receive one of the three following responses when trying to identify and rectify faults of varying severity on your new property:
1. Ignore you exist. This is in the hope that that you disappear. Perhaps, you will, into the ether.
2. When you provide and highlight irrefutable evidence of sub-standard workmanship. Stare back at you in a morose manner and offer nothing in return.
3. In communications outright lie. Occasionally provide an admission of liability that is later retracted. In addition, insult the customer at every opportunity.
These houses are manufactured to an execrable standard.
Bloor are a truly dire, dire company. AVOID.
You have been warned.
Heed my advice or it will end in tears.
