They are an incompetent company .Liars who move the goal post all the time increase the price for a property by £10000 in the last minute.Quality of products sub standard.They are just vermin and I would not recommend them at all.Sales negotiator are incompetent.Please do nt deal with this company

I have had the same experience, they do not respond to emails, leave phone messages unanswered and worse do not have a specification in full for a £400k house. They tried to bully us into moving dates and then the house is not ready and on top of this let someone else reserve the plot without calling us when we were in the middle of negotiation for part exchange. This company are unethical and customer care is non existent. The sales team are like robots that repeat themselves and their Sales Manager is the same. Having read reviews it is a concern. We also have the experience that they are now changing the prices published for other plots.

I have just had the exact same experience. The day before contracts are due to be signed they just raised the price by 10K. We have forked out 2k for the usual bills and have made sure all paperwork was completed on time.
The house was valued 5 days ago at the price we are paying for it.
Does anyone know were we stand legally ?

Which development was this on Malc? I haven't bought off-plan before, but I'm getting the feeling that developments vary.
