I'm the tenant from plot 54 - Waterhouse Mill, Bollington.

I moved in to my new house in the end of October 2015. Today is Thursday 19th January 2017 and still pending snagging (very few). To make sure that the snagging is moving you need chase all the time to customer service if you don't chase them, nothing is happening.

I was having problem today 19th January with Bellway- CUSTOMER SERVICE to arrange the electrician, who wanted to come on Monday 23th January between 8am-9am . I spoke to a lady to help me to arrange any day from 9.30am and need to be finish the job before 1pm due that my baby take her nap and the job is on my baby bedroom and hall (SAME FLOOR).

She was totally rude telling me that because she is not a mother and she no have a baby she cannot understand why I didn't wanted to accept the electrician come between 8am-9am .

Customer service it really provide me a very poor customer service, no helpful and very rude.
