Bought my Bellway Homes apartment 9yrs ago in September. Whilst undertaking major redecoration works for the first time since purchase it has only now become apparent just how slap dash the construction work is! Finding gaps the width of pound coins which had been covered up with decorators chalk and mastic etc. Spent ages trying to scrub paint off the door hinges. Door handle fixtures look like they've been put on by a five year old with a screwdriver and any loose screws found on the floor. I know a few people with apartments built by Weston Homes and the attention to detail and craftsman ship makes Bellway Homes look like a bunch of bad builders. Everything's done on the cheap and then sold to us mugs at top whack! Robbing b-st4rds! Never again!
