We purcahsed a new build in Morpeth (south fields). The over finish of the house was disgraceful. After loving here for 3 months we are still waiting for a issues to be fixed. 6 weeks after we moved in we smelled gas in the kitched. After having it checked it turns out someone pior to is moving in didnt fix the cooker gas pipe on correcly causing the kitchen to become 5% gas. The issues go on and on
