Moved in to our new home in leicester end of feb 2016. Pressure to complete terrible. Problem after problem once they have your money you are on your own. To top it off a contractor for Barratt has just crashed his truck into our house so now another battle with the wonderful customer service team.

all they want is your hard earn money and to hell with you once completion is done, the snag list could be the length from head to toe on some properties that i have seen. simple, no excuse for a new build to be in terrible conditions for young families to be sucked into and drained with constant battles and visits
