They don't answer your emails or calls when you complain and request a fix. They clean common areas maximum once a month while they said they would clean every week. They install faulty items and never come back to fix even if you complain a hundred times. Your gas meters are in an inaccessible place and they ignore your requests.

They are disappointing.
