We just moved in a new built house. 2 months in the house the whole house had damping and mould in every single room. It ruined our new furniture, shoes, wardrobes. When we claimed to barratts initially they weren't responding and when they started interacting they couldn't sort the issue. They gave us dates when people were coming to look at the house and no one actually turned up on those days. There after sale service is shocking and I would never recommend anyone to buy house through them. So disappointed.
