what can i say?? no more than stay away from the pitfalls of buying a barrats home - i speak from experience so trust me on this one.

the properties they sell are basically overpriced shoe boxes - and with cold bedrooms - mine is like a freezer i sh*t you not!! not insulated against noise, poor workmanship finish, lies about service charge, lies about the future development of the neighbourhood (which they make up), lies about the development of the site, leave plots of land uncut when they leave the site leaving the neighbourhood a blight, unexpected and excessive fees to pay when you use their appointed solicitor on the day of completion that they dont tell you about and basically sting you.... i could go on

Sadly, they continue to build and more and more unfortunates will be led in by the smiling lady dressed pretty and smart turning on the charm whilst going home to suffer a nervous breakdown when she closes her own home door such is the lies Barrats is forcing her to tell to the unsuspecting
