    Very fustrated with the Neff 1442, I have had the same bulb fail inside the oven twice, the first under guarantee was replaced by the engineer who smashed the lens and replaced both the bulb and lens. Now the cooker is out of the guarantee the bulb has failed again and I cannot removed the lens. The ...

    This Neff 28 in. T27R6 Gas Hob looks great. The electric lighters work every time. We have found that the 3 larger burners tend to "throw" the heat out in a radius that is too wide. Generally the heat is lost up the sides of the pots & pans. Very often heating up the pot handles.

    The Neff H5430 Microwave looks good - integral fitting within the kitchen unit but has broke down now 3 times since new within 3 years.
    Each time major surgery ie Magnetron and Module relay
    Now out of warranty and useless

    The Neff U1722 is let down by poor quality design and reliablity.I know people who have 10-15 year old ovens that still work perfectly (hence me buying one) so I can only assume that today they are cutting corners and living on their earlier reputation.
