    This cruise exceeded our expectations in many ways, but especially the service provided by all the crew. They were extremely friendly, very thoughtful and helped in any way they could.     being seasoned cruisers my husband and I were very disappointed in this cruise. The freestyle cruising is a good idea however because all the tips are put on your bill and distributed to everyone there was no incentive to serve you, therefor the staff did not care.     We had a great time aboard the Sky. Staff was very attentive. Shows were very good. Highly recommend snorkeling excursion in Freeport, the boat that took us out had a water slide into the ocean and a rock climbing wall.     Before we travelled to Hawaii we read lots of negative reviews and were quite anxious however we needn't have been.     NCL Cruise was spoilt to a certain extent by the very high prices of drinks and the compusory 15% service on top of these high prices.There was also a feeling that the drinks waiters have been trained in high pressure sales tecniques.
