We saw this production on 27th June 2012 as a class because our topic in school was Africa.
We all enjoyed the show and thought it was the best musical ever!
The opening scene was one of the best bits because the character Rafiki's singing was sensational and so powerful. We loved seeing all the animals walk through the audience to get on stage, especially the elephant and the giraffes as the costumes were stunning and very colourful.
Some of our favourite characters included Rafiki, Zazu, Timone and Pumba because they were so funny and entertaining but all the actors did a great job.
The scenery was eye catching, colourful and very effective.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the show and would definitely recommend it to anyone, both adults and children.
