“Mindless pap”

Good rock tracks ruined...Tom Cruise is cringeworthy to the extreme in his Axl Rose type character role. The only saving grace is Russel Brand and Alec Baldwin's camp parts but even then they are not on screen enough. A cast of famous names like Bryan Cranston, Mary J Blige and even Catherine Zeta-Jones could not save this tripe from the bargain bin and is still no reason to pay to see it.
