~Issues downloading (broken tracks, albums that disappear before you realize they didn't download)
~Lack of response from customer service (via email & phone)
~Lots of empty promises from this company

They have a no refund policy that is totally ridiculous (but not impossible if you get the right rep on the phone!). I had a hard time finding an actual number to contact the company so here you go : 866-240-9271. Be patient and go through the prompts. They will try to offer a free month to make up for the inconvenience, take it or leave it.

If you need an excuse to call into work just join their site and give it a few days... I promise you will be disappointed!
