“F---ing Scam of a Website”

Written on: 17/07/2012

Ok so I signed up for this website a few months ago and bought some music, and I was fairly satisfied, at the time, no complaints. I had since forgotten about it, but a few weeks ago I remembered that I had locked into a service that adds funds every month automatically. I had signed up for the $12 per month service so I was expecting to log on and have about $50 to spend on music: WRONG!!! If you do not spend the monthly price that you agree to pay the funds DISAPPEAR. I don't understand how they get away with blatant theft of money. Now here is the icing on the cake. I just got a new computer about 2 weeks ago, and unfortunately, my old computer pretty much stopped working, hard drive and all. Thankfully I had most of my music on my iPod already so it wasn't a total loss, but I had not gotten around to adding my new eMusic downloads to iTunes yet. I didn't think anything of this, because why should I? I'll just re-download them on my new computer, I BOUGHT and PAID for them after all? NOPE eMusic does not let you download songs you have already purchased more than once. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM, DO NOT USE AND PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO USE IT.
