“Poor Customer service ”

Dreadful, Poor customer service. they are quick to take your money but takes forever to sort out your problem.

Recently upgraded to a Premium account, they debited my account but not upgraded to Premium account. Dealt with their customer service, 3 of them in fact and 24 hours later and the problem still hasnt been resolve.

If I were you stick to the free account, not worth the hassle.
