ordered DS game that site said was in stock...

3 weeks later no news and no item

rang customer services that could hardly be bothered - told me stick still in warehouse and would take additional 2 weeks to come...promised to call warehouse and call me back, of course she didn't!

rang in a further 2 weeks and was meant by another customer services lady equally uncaring and still quoting plus 2 weeks wait time


I would recommend people to spend their money with a company that cares about their customers and the service they provide

the whole experience has been frustrating and a waste of time
