I placed an order on the Game website on behalf of my 10 year old son in the middle of May. I got an email on the 22nd May saying the goods were on their way, but nothing has turned up.
Since then I have written numerous emails to them, 2 or 3 times a week. I must have sent over 50 emails asking how they intend to resolve this. I never get a replay from the same person, always someone different, telling me my query is being looked into.
On Sunday, I sent an email telling them I just wanted my son's money refunded so he can spend it somewhere else, and I have had no further response from them. Just appalling!
