“will always blame your isp!”

No point using these guys. They give you poor quality and say that your speeds fluctuate. They require 5mb constant service. I have 100mb fibre optic... But its not good enough for their servers?!? They ask you to speak to your isp, but they wont trust any data you get. Really just rubbish.

Blink box is a big joke. Keep away ,this service is terrible ,as it does not work & they will not refund . Complete ripoff , please do not use ! I spent a whole evening trying to get a movie to show on my smart tv, customer service would not take responsibility & tried to make out it was something wrong on my side. I watch & stream films all the time with other services. What really gets me , is they will not give me a refund so they are simple rip off merchants . Blink box go & sort it out!

“A stuttering waste of money...”

Now that talk talk have got their hands on this service it has rapidly assumed their standards of poor quality. Unhelpful and unknowlegeable staff on their customer service who just string you along trying to justify why the movie you have just rented is an unwatchable stuttering waste of time. They point blank refuse any refund even though they have stated that the movie rented was not watched fully. Tried to close my account but they wont have any of that. Garbage service.

“absolutely shocking service, and very poorly run”

Blinkbox is a joke of a site, the customer service has been appalling,i have tried to watch multiple movies from multiple servers and every time it buffers every 30 seconds, some of these places have been with very fast broadband and everytime we have had to do speed tests and they've all come back saying it was too slow and because we had started the movie already no refund or extra time could be provided! That is the last time i rent a film from them absolutely disgraceful service!! I am truly shocked and appalled by their customer services!! I will be discouraging anyone i know from using this service in the future

“Absolutely appalling”

A complete and utter waste of money. Downloaded series 3 of Ashes to Ashes, took over 2 hrs just to watch 1 episode as continually buffering. Stick with Lovefilm or Netflix as never had a problem with neither! Very disappointing Tesco, I won't be wasting my money on Blinkbox again.

“Diabolical Tech Support”

Absolutely diabolical customer support, or should I say absolutely no customer support. For a company that is selling a product i.e. Blinkbox in which the USP is to be able to watch something instantly, this company fails miserably. Despite numerous emails, posts on Facebook, complaints, two days later this issue still is not resolved and they haven't even had the courtesy to reply. Just a blank wall of silence. Blinkbox is okay if it works, but if it doesn't BEWARE - there is no contact number and no support.

“Do not buy”

Bought this as a present and downloaded 2 films, only been able to watch total of 10 minutes due to constant buffering! Only purchase if you have plenty of time - a week perhaps- to watch one film. Checked my equipment and network, wish I had read all reviews before purchasing! Please be warned, a load of rubbish. Stick with ITunes, which may be more expensive but at least you get to watch to watch something in full! Buyer beware!!

“couple of things ”

This is a really good service, great choice of films and excellent range of television series to go through. Couple of downfalls, first being that you can't get it on a smartphone, I've got an HTC one, brilliant picture and sound yet I can't watch my blinkboxstuff when im on the go unless I also take a tablet with me too. And seconds maybe just being a bit picky but it would be nice to maybe have 3 or 4 days of viewing when you rent some of the titles but that's not essential, The smartphone one is. Overall though it's a thumbs up

“Great, even for slow broadband”

I have slow broadband, but Blinkbox is fine as you can stream or download and watch later. Takes about an hour to download a film, but then runs perfectly - no buffering. I joined with £1 and got an extra £5 credit. I also get 3 movies of any price for £2.50 worth of clubcard vouchers. Good range of films, better than Sky box office. Could offer better search facilities on website e.g. search for all Al Pacino films. You can do that by finding a film that he is in then clicking his name in the cast list, but it would be more intuitive if you could simply type a film title or actor into the search box. Also, cannot see the ratings of films in a list - have to select each individual film to see the ratings.

“Useless due to slow servers”

Two days ago I tried to view the Skyfall movie, but couldn't due to the extremely slow servers of blinkbox. On my Samsung Smart TV, the film stopped about every minute for about 30 seconds due to buffering. I tried also on two laptops but same problem. After downloading on my computer through a blinkbox programm, which took several hours, I could not view the film either. A message from blinkbox said I did not own the rights. My Email complaining has not yet been answered after more than 24 hours. I have a very good and reliable 16 Mbit internet service by BT. All my devices are connected via Ethernet cable. I even checked the speed of my internet that evening which was 100% OK. So definitely an issue with blinkbox and not BT or may equipment. I can only recommend to stay away from this amazingly useless service.

“Very Slow Servers”

Decided to view The Walking Dead via Blinkbox and bought series one and two. First few series were okay to watch but then started to have constant buffering issues. This has little to do with my connection because Love Film and Sky on Demand worked fine with no buffering. Very disappointed!
