Customer service is none existent. You simply cannot get through to anyone even if you try the new policy option let alone cancel or change the policy. Your initial call tells you how they are the UK's fastest growing insurance company. Utter nonsense. If your new insurance company are waiting for NCB proof, what do you do when they do not respond?
The website in all the time I've been with them has NEVER worked. And yet you can read all the contrived rubbish about their "high standards" and "best customer service".
My god, why did I ever get sucked in!
