Had no end of problems trying to get them to accept my (perfectly legit) proof of NCD. They hardly ever answered emails and when they did it was always a different person so there was never any continuity, and I was never given a direct email address so always had to use the generic customer services one. The aggro they caused me and the stress of having them threatening to cancel my insurance was not worth the £30-odd I saved on my premium, so learn from my mistake and don't let yourself be lured away from an even half-decent insurance company by these complete and utter charlatans.
