I took out insurance in May 2012 and have had nothing but hassle of them ever since. I really wish i had looked into them before taking out a policy. Any changes i tried to make were near impossible due to the fact that nobody mans the help desk although it costs £1.02 per minute to phone and the website its just impossible!!!
I bit the bullet and cancelled my policy with them today and moved to another insurance company after being refused leather insurance (which means i would be giving E-Bike even more money but they still refused)
I didnt think it was possible to get such a poor service in this day and age and how a company can survive in this market is beyoned me.
To say i am annoyed is an understatement. I stupidly went for the cheapest quote i got and thankfully got out before i had to make a claim.
I dread to think what would have happened if i did have to make a claim with E-Bike
SHOCKING COMPANY!!!!! FOR YOUR OWN SAKE (and your wallets) STAY AWAY!!!
