I have been calling their customer service for the last 4 days trying to get a car insurance. Each time, my call lasted for 30 mins or more, and needless to say, it is costing a fortune. It seems like they are trying to make money by placing customers on hold until they drain their phone bills. I would have considered using their services to acquire car insurance but thank god this happened, now i know to stay well away from them.
Definitely wont recommend anyone using Swinton!
