Bike insurance was cancelled today because they hadn't received payment. Despite the direct debit going through as normal. They have informed me that although they did actually receive the money they cannot reinstate the policy. They gave me a new quote of double the previous one. But offered to waive the cancellation fee. Nice of them? No! Case opened with financial ombudsman. Never known anything like it. !
