It's such a shame that these reviews don't come up on the first page of results when you Google "Motorcycle Direct" because people really need to avoid this insurer.

I have previously had good experiences with cheap insurers (Hastings Direct being one of them), but Motorcycle Direct are the most unhelpful, inflexible and expensive insurer I have dealt with. Want to amend a policy detail? That will be £50. Want to cancel a policy? That will be £75. Want to get through to someone when you phone up? You better look elsewhere.
