WHAT A LOAD OF SWINDLING ..........

After I had been waiting for ten mins, I finally spoke to someone. No Idea who as they never gave there name. Once she took my details, she ask what I wanted to do. I told her I wanted to cancel my renewal, as it was paid by direct debit. She then took my number, and said everyone was busy and would get someone, to call me back. After forty mins I phoned again, and sposke to someone different. he said you have the wrong department. However it was the number quoted on the letter. He then said he would transfer my call, so was put on hold for nine mins. He then said everyone is busy I will get them to call you back. I told him I had already heard that before and it never happened. I was then instantly refered to a woman who I can only describe as a ROTTWEILER what an awful attitude. she then proceeded to tell me it would cost me £161 to cancel the policy, and that was at a reduced price. My full insurance for the year was £200 and that was with add - ons. At no time did anyone ever tell me there name, or did I understand what was being said. So fellow bikers AVOID at all costs. If this was the only insurance company let in the world, I would not recommend MOTORCYCLE DIRECT to my worst enemy.
