I rang MCE when I found out that my NCD was very much graeter than I had declared on the proposal form. NMcV was extremely helpful and put the changes in hand straight away. It was refreshing to speak with an advisor who was knowlegeable and enthusiastic, especially after several decades with a much larger but unresponsive insurer. Very pleased!
