I have dealt with many insurance customer services advisors in the past who have tried to sell lots of additional products on top of the insurance I was looking for at significant extra cost. With MCE it's different - there are extras but they are all included within the price. I also found the price cheaper online vs. over the phone and so the advisor recommended I purchase the cover online and provided me with all of the details I would need to do this and said I could call back if I had any other questions. Excellent customer service.
