After renewing my bike insurance for the second year I got a threatening letter saying I owed £62 from the last year. On calling them Lili, who did her best to help me finally told me it was for European breakdown cover I took out. I explained that this had been put on my monthly payments. Four time she went away to talk to the Manager (BIG THUMBS DOWN) who said he couldn't come to the phone then said he'll expect £30. I said no as this would be excepting liability. I put in a complaint to which the manager was meant to get back to me. He never did. The next things was a letter now stating I owed £97. I called again and this time talked to another person (BIG THUMBS UP) who showed professionalism and common sense, sorting my situation and meaning I can enjoy my bike this weekend without the fear of coming home to unnecessary debt collectors at my door. So finally a big thank you to the second person and as for manager, well...
