3 weeks after insuring our new motorbike, it unfortunately was stolen. When we rang to claim, there was no empathy or support and eventually was told there is no substitute bike and we have to wait 14 days to claim!! So no bike for work, no other contact from MCE despite having to pay extremely high premiums and £2,000 excess (1/2 the price of the new bike). We are not impressed with the lack of support from MCE at all.
Devastated and gutted customer...
