Hi,
Would like to bring to your attention I called after discovering a payment hadn't gone through for the second time unfortunately I called in to speak to an agent who I now know as Tracey to review and resolve the matter to a good standard which after speaking to her was resolved to a very good level bearing in mind it was second month running payments haven't gone out in time. I was very pleased and happy with the agents actions where all was done greatly to provide good service. MCE insurers are probably the best insurance company I been and plan on sticking with. Information was delivered to me to a good standard explaining direct debit/payment process. Thank you.
