I called MCE customer service last Friday in regard to a enquiry about a claim and my NCB. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Leyton Carter. He listened to every query I had and assured me he would be in touch. 20 mins later I got a call back from Leyton updating me on the situation which put my mind at ease. I then got another call back last thing on the Friday again from Leyton who had managed to sort out all of my queries, when I wasn't expecting to hear anything until the following Monday. This has been without doubt the best customer service experience I've ever had with an insurance company and an individual. Leyton is a credit to the company!
