MY PARTNER HAS A POLICY WITH MCE,AND RECENTLY WE HAD A HORRIBLE PROBLEM REGARDING AN ACCIDENT THAT HAPPENED THREE YEARS AGO(NOT DUE TO MCE) TWO STAFF MEMBERS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE,WHO I SHALL REFER TO AS M&M,SPENT A WHOLE WEEK HELPING ME SOLVE THE ISSUE. THEY WENT WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT YOU WOULD REASONABLY EXPECT FROM MOST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS,INDEED I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH,WITHOUT THEIR HELP AND DEDICATION TO SEEING MY PROBLEM RESOLVED,IT NEVER WOULD OF HAPPENED,AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THEM BOTH PERSONALLY. SUPERB. I CANT SPEAK FOR THE REST OF MCE,AS I SAID,I DONT HOLD THE POLICY,AND I DIDNT DEAL WITH OTHER STAFF MEMBERS. M&M ARE A CREDIT TO MCE,THEY WERE FRIENDLY,RELIABLE(ALWAYS CALLED BACK WHEN PROMISED,REPLIED TO ALL EMAILS,MADE CALLS ON MY BEHALF TO SAVE MY MOBILE CREDIT)TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL,AND A JOY TO DEAL WITH. THIS IS A BIG THANK YOU TO M&M, FROM NIKKI AND PHIL....
