Thank you very much for arranging my insurance on my new Bike and for canceling the policy on the one that I sold. It was a pleasure to have a conversation with you, not just about insurance but that added human interest factor. It is clear that you enjoy your job and this comes through in your conversation.
I mentioned that I was at Oulton Park BSB which is where I met you as you were one of the team organising the Pillion Rides. I felt that I was very privileged to be selected for the opportunity of a Pillion Ride and it was the highlight of my weekend. I can’t thank you enough for giving me that absolutely fantastic experience which I have told everybody about.
You explained how the computer system would not allow the reduction of my Insurance excess but immediately came up with a solution for the company to cover the excess through a separate policy so as not to cause any disappointment. This is customer service that I really value and sadly not something that I experience often in this day and age.
At the time of our conversation the sale of my previous motorbike was not complete so, as promised you telephoned me after the completion to finalise the insurance policy documentation.
